2023: What Tambuwal, Babangida Aliyu says about Tinubu

If democracy helps the populace learn how to hold their leaders accountable, then politics, which is where democracy comes into play, must help the populace decide which candidate to support. When the general elections on February 25, 2023, get near and members of the opposition speak highly of a candidate with such a generous aura of respect as Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, it is not bad to take their remarks seriously.
Many have praised Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate, as a remarkable leader who cultivates those around him and elevates them to millions of others who are undoubtedly celebrating him today. The speeches we hear from some of them who interacted with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu remained and reminded Nigerians about the hero who can lead them to the promised land, despite the fact that politics with its many fingers has driven others away, especially in the run-up to the 2023 general elections. Of course! Tinubu has persisted in telling anyone with an ear that he is confident in his knowledge of the road to the New Nigeria.
In the words of the governor of Sokoto state and DG Atiku campaign organization, Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, the APC Presidential Candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was described as ‘a patriot, a leader of men, who at all times stand on the side of truth, who at all times works with democratic forces to enthrone and entrench democracy and democratic culture in Nigeria.’
Tambuwal was not under any pressure when he spoke at the time to convince Nigerians that Tinubu is, in fact, a patriot, which we all need to lead the country at this time, so if we dissect and put his words on the table to choose between the man he is trying to sell to Nigerians and his words, we can go with his words considering the time he said it rather than now.
On the other hand, former governor of Niger state, Babangida Aliyu said where ever he went and he was praising the Awolowo’s, the Ziks and the Ahmadu Bello they would say it is because there was a leadership vacuum that we were always remembering the older ones.

According to the former Niger governor and Atiku’s top ranking campaigner ” Now we have one that we can look at as the hero of our time. When he (Tinubu)became the governor of Lagos state, I was already a Permanent Secretary in the cabinet secretariat, so I had the chance to see many of them because I was the one doing the writings of whatever they are talking about in their meetings. I could observe, I could grade and I could say this is doing the job or say I don’t know why these people elected this one or what happened here.
“The Emirate of Borgu in Niger state discovered him (Tinubu) a long time ago. That he was really a leader. A leader that will always be in the front and not a leader that will send the troops and stay in the room.” He ended with this praise, “Jagaba, Jagaban Borgu, Jagaban Nigeria.”
The two prominent PDP figures were blunt in their respective speeches and came to the conclusion that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos state and current candidate for the APC presidency, was the only person who could be a true democrat and meet the nation’s current needs for heroes.
The viral video says volumes about the APC presidential candidate’s character in the current campaigns. Each campaign team runs its train in a very different fashion, but the APC train, which is commanded by Tinubu and Shettima, consistently garners the most attention before, during, and after rallies.
The APC structure has been quite clever from one campaign rally and gathering to another. When the Tinubu, Shettima train bulldozed the road to Awka yesterday and stood higher in the Alex Ekwueme Square silencing the critics and leaving a historic footprint, it was somewhat shocking to many indigenous people of the southeast that mountains of people could gather and celebrates tinubu and kashim Shettima on Obi’s alledged political ground.
Both governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, and the former governor of Niger state, Babangida Aliyu, have solid reputations. Nigerians would do better if they made a wise choice rather than a poor one because as insiders, Tambuwal and Babangida have spoken; and spoken from a point of observation about leadership and success. If the opposition’s big pot of words about the choice of the next Nigerian leader could come with Tinubu as the man to lead for historic footpaths, We cn as well conclude here that Tambuwal and babangida have chosen to speak the truth.
