Diyang said that he was excited that this was the second in the series of orientation in the temporary site in Borno after about twelve years of doing it in other states.
He revealed that very soon all orientation programs will move to the permanent camp because repair work will soon commence to fix most of the facilities affected after a long occupation by internally displaced people.
The coordinator further commended the Governor Babagana Zulum for his exceptional commitment to the welfare of the scheme since he assumed duty in the state.
As a result of this commitment by the Governor more than 80 percent of corp members are accommodated in lodges provided by the government in the state.
Diange equally commended the military represented by the 7division of the Nigerian Army for the maintenance of security within the confines of the temporary location of the scheme.

He advise them to avoid anything that would tarnish their own image because the destiny of the nation lies on them.
On relocation he stressed that ” I want to ask you all to resist the temptation of redeploying to another state because of the enormous opportunities abound here for you.”
Bereaved Governor Zulum who was represented by the head of service Barrister Mallam Fannami called on the Corp members to be responsible and dedicated to the Corp.
While calling on all of them to be responsible to their duties, he declared the orientation camp open.
Highlight of the occasion was the donation of 100kg of 50kg rice, 100 bags of 10kg beans, 15 jerirrans of oil, and 10 bulls as his support for the Corp members for their one month stay in the camp.
