A political Group under the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) based in Jos paid a familiarization visit to the former Governortorial Aspirant of the party in Plateau State 2019; Arch Samuel Nanchang Jatau in his office.

In his opening remark, the Chairman of The Mandate Group Mr. Lazarus Balami said that the Executives are here to re-identify themselves with him being a major political player on the Plateau.

“We are here as a group and to know your stand and position for any of the elective political seats in the state,” he said.

In his response Arch Jatau said that he is happy to identify with this noble group once again having been with them for sometime ” you are all welcome I am delighted to have you around again” he said.

The Architect- cum politician informed the group that he is still a PDP member come rain come to shine and his intention for elective position in the state is still in line.

He further told the group that to declare his intention he will rather prefer the term expression of interest (EoI) ” I am still assessing the political terrain of my constituency” he emphasized.

In his closing speech, the Secretary of the group Mr. Daniel Gyang thank the Politician for having time to received the group and reassured him of their full support come 2023.
