Assembly Commission: Buni reappoints Chairman, three members

The Executive, Governor of Yobe State, Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON, has approved the reappointment of the Chairman and three permanent members of the Assembly Service Commission for a second and final term of four years, effective October 6, 2024.
In a press statement issued and signed by Alhaji Shuaibu Abdullahi, Press Secretary to the Secretary to the State Government, which was made available to newsmen in Damaturu.
The statement further said the reappointed members are Chairman Mohammed Nur Alkali, and permanent members are Barr. Aliyu Shehu Abubakar, Hon. Malanta Haruna Barau, and Hajiya Hajara Lawan.
His Excellency also approved the appointment of two additional new permanent members of the commission for a first term of four years, effective immediately.
The new permanent members are Hon. Barr. Musa Hamidu Gagure and Alhaji Yahaya Ado, respectively.
