Boko Haram commander gives up to Nigerian security forces in Borno

In the northeast of Borno state, Khaid Malam Ali and his subordinate Bunu Umar, two senior members of the Jam’at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da’wah wa’l-Jihd, often known as Boko Haram, have surrendered to Operation Hadin Kai’s troops.
It was gathered that Ali and his fighters were dislodged by the ISWAP terrorists group after they coordinated a raid at the hideouts of Boko Haram in Bula Alhaji Garwaye in the fringes of Sambisa forest Near Bama LGA on, July 5, 2023
NEWSng reported how the Islamic State of West African Province (ISWAP), killed scores of Boko Haram fighters, including their women and children.

Ali was a Commander of the terrorists in Sabil Huda and Njumia. He laid down his arms due to the fear of Battle field elimination.
Ali and his fighters were reportedly driven from their positions by the terrorist organization ISWAP after they planned a raid on the Boko Haram hideouts in Bula Alhaji Garwaye in the fingers of Sambisa Near Bama LGA on July 5, 2023.
Several Boko Haram fighters, including their wives and children, were killed by the Islamic State of West African Province (ISWAP), according to reports.
Ali was a terrorist commander in Sabil Huda and Njumia. He put his arms down out of concern for being killed on the battlefield.
