Borno APC Out To Provide Democracy Dividends Not Violence , Mischief – Kaka-Shehu

Barr Kaka-Shehu Lawan, the immediate past Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice of Borno State and the Senatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress ( APC  ) for Borno Central in the upcoming 2023 general elections has said that the party in the State is not out to forment mischief or violence but is concentrating on provision of dividends of democracy to the people of the State. 

The Borno Central Senatorial District hopeful urged the opposition parties in the State to desist from telling lies of what did not happen and making mischief to breed violence. 

Barr. Lawan said these yesterday while giving vote of thanks shortly after rounding off his campaign tour of local government areas under Borno Central Senatorial District.

He thanked supporters who trooped out enmass to recieve him in all the local governments his campaign team visited and as well thanked marketers, members of the road transport union, the teeming youths of the areas as well school children who welcomed his entourage to all the places visited.

He promised that the APC will not leave any stone unturned in representing the people both at the federal and state levels, assuring that the party in the State will ensure the victory of the party Presidential Candidate in the 2023 election, Sen. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Sen. Kashim Shettima, the re-election of Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, and the victory of all the APC candidates to the election from bottom to top.

He described the overwhelming support recieved by his campaign team in all the areas visited as an indication that the APC is the party on ground and as well as party to beat in the State.

” The party is on the ground than any other party in the State. Other parties should face the reality and make issues based campaign. APC is on ground and will leave no stone unturned in representing the people at the State and federal levels. We will not stay in Maiduguri and be sending messages to the people, we will be visiting them in all the nooks and crannies to deliver our good messages. 

He thanked the people of Mafa, Dikwa, Ngala, Jere,  Bama, Banki, Konduga and Maiduguri Metropolitan Council ( MMC ) for the rousing reception granted to his campaign team during the tours.
