Councillor appeals for peace amongst youths in Jakusko

The councillor representing Maguram ward in Jakusko local government area of Yobe state, Malam Dan Ladi Sani Garin Tsalha, has appealed to the people, especially the youths and our parents, to live in peace with one another.
He said there is no way citizens can develop unless they live in peace with one another. He noted that we are living peacefully, but only this disaster, which Almighty Allah (SWT) tested us with this of water flooding this year.
Malam Dan Ladi Sani disclosed this today in Jakusko, the headquarters of the local government, while briefing the newsmen. He said this is from God; we thank Almighty Allah (SWT).
Garin Tsalha said the executive chairman of Jakusko local government council, Hon. Umaru Aguwa, directed me to go round and assess the damages to the houses affected by the flood.
The councillor further said the executive chairman of the local government, Hon. Aguwa, also works tirelessly to see that the victims of the flood across the local government were assisted to complement the effort of His Excellency, Governor Mai Mala Buni CON.
He revealed that we also go round all with the representatives of the Yobe State Emergency Management Agency (YOSEMA) to commiserate with the people over the devastating flood disaster in Maguram. He noted that SEMA assists a lot, and we thank His Excellency Governor Mai Mala Buni CON.
Malam Tsalha commends His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Yobe State, Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON, for directing the SEMA to bring relief materials to the victims, such as blankets, mats, and buckets, among others, and prays to Almighty Allah to reward him abandonedly. Amin.
