Eid El-Kabir: Chairman Nangere Speaks on Peace, Commended Governor Buni

The Executive Chairman of Nangere local government council of Yobe state, Alhaji Salisu Yarima has called on the people of the local government to leave in peace with one another and always abide by the law.

The chairman also calls on the people of the area to monitor the movement of any suspicious person and report such to security personnel.

Hon. Salisu Yarima stated this in his Sallah message to the people. He calls on farmers and cattle breeders to live in peace.

 “Every farmer is a cattle breeder and any cattle breeder is a farmer therefore, I urged all of you to leave in peace with farmers and to desist from encroaching cattle routs and cattle breeders should equally to desist from grazing on farms.” Salisu Yarima said.

He call on the people to continue to support the government of Mai Mala Buni and also to continue praying for him, because the current economic situation is not only in Yobe state but the entire country.

According to him, “what the government of Mai Mala Buni did within the short period is commendable as he execute a lot of developmental projects in the state.

“He executed many projects and also he is paying workers salary promptly, there are some states in the country which there grant and revenue is more than what Yobe state is getting but they are not able to pay salaries.

“There are many developmental projects which the government of Mai Mala Buni started and some has already reached 80 to 90%  completion and by the Grace of God they will be completed very soon.”
