Federal University Kashere expels 23 students, as 1 student gets suspension

Twenty-three (23) students of the Federal university in Kashere have been expelled from the institution for certificate forgery and examination misconduct.

Suleiman Malami, Head of Information and Protocol, Federal University Kashere announced  the expulsion of the students on Tuesday in Gombe. 

In a statement following the announcement on Wednesday, the University said that it will sustain the morality of education by ensuring that students being produced by the institution remains a light for the society.

“Those expelled were  involved in forgery and examination misconduct and this institution will not condone such practices.” The statement said.

The university management also said the University has approved the suspension of one other student.

” This is also the decision of the Senate of the University during its 68th regular meeting held on Sept. 23, 2021, and the decisions taken took immediate effect, and shall not be reversed.” The statement added.
