Governor Buni commended for constructing Cancer Centre in Yobe state University Teaching Hospital

The Managing Director of Yakamata Drugs Potiskum, Dr Muhammed Suleiman Mai Baba has commended Governor Mai Mala Buni for the construction of a Radiotherapy center at the Yobe State University Teaching Hospital.

Dr Muhammed Suleiman Mai Baba made the commendation in an interview with NEWSng in his office in Potiskum.

The Managing Director of Yakamata Drugs said the commendation become imperative because of the good move by His Excellency Governor Mai Mala Buni.

“The cancer rediotherapy center constructed in the Yobe State University Teaching Hospital would drrastically solved the problem of cancer patients accross the state.” Mai Baba said.

According to him, he has been treating cancer patients for over  thirty seven years (37yrs) now, adding many people are coming for treatment.

” Many people are coming from all part of the country such as from Lagos, Kaduna, Abuja, Yola, Gombe, Maiduguri as well as our neighboring countries like Cameroon, Niger, Chad, Ghana among others.”

He also said that out of one hundred, seventy five of the patients are treated successful.
