Gunmen kill four, injure two at Ilesha Baruba Motor Park in Kwara

At least four people were killed and two others seriously injured when a group of armed gunmen attacked Ilesha Baruba Motor Park in Kwara State on April 21, 2025.
Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama that about 10 gunmen opened fire indiscriminately at people relaxing at a local joint around 2130hrs.
The sources said that among those killed in the attack were Alhaji Ja’awire, Abduljabar, Mohammed Nasamu, and three others whose names are yet to be confirmed.
The security forces visited the scene, where the corpses of the victims were taken to Ilesha Baruba Morgue for autopsy, while the injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
