NEMA APPOINTS NEW COORDINATOR FOR NORTH EAST ZONAL OFFICE

The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA staff at the Maiduguri Zonal Office has promised to extend same level of dedication and support to the New zonal coordinator as requested by the outgoing zonal coordinator, Mrs Lydia Wagami,

The staff who expressed emotions during handing over the reins of leadership at the conference hall NEMA North East Maiduguri said they have enjoyed working with the outgoing Coordinators and hope that they will have the same relationship with the incoming Coordinator.

While making her remarks Mrs. Lydia Wagami thanked the staff for their support, the Director General Alhaji Mustapha Ahmed Habib and the entire management for the opportunity to serve.

Mrs. Lydia Wagami was transferred to the Headquarters’ of NEMA in Abuja, following the posting of Deputy Director Human Resources, Usman Muhammed Aji as the New zonal coordinator NEMA North East zonal office, Maiduguri.

The outgoing zonal coordinator Wagami Lydia Madu was appointed in February 2021 to lead the NEMA team.

Speaking during the brief ceremony, the incoming Coordinator, in his remark on behalf of the staff, wished the outgoing zonal coordinator the best in her new posting.
