Nigerian Army troops of Operation Hadarin Daji have killed several bandits and successfully freed about 35 victims held captive in its continued incursion into the camps of Yellow Jambros in Dangurgu village in Maru LGA, in Zamfara state.

Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama that the troops aggressively raided and successfully cleared some camps Dansadau, Maitukunya, Babban Doma and Dangurgu camps of the terrorists.

In the process, they eliminated several terrorists and captured unconfirmed numbers of the bandits alive.

The captured victims managed to escape as they scampered for safety during exchange of fire with the troops. The victims successfully ran toward a safe route around the Birnin Gwari axis.

JAMBROS was said to have escaped towards the axis of Sabon Garin Munhaye, where he is hiding in the camp of Dogo Gide.
