PDP’s Chances of taking over from APC very high – Kwasau

Barrister Sule Kwasau on Monday expressed views on the 2023 general elections stating that the Nigerian political space has enough rooms for aspiring politicians into various elective offices.
According to him, leadership comes with a great responsibility and in whatever position one finds himself there is the need to always remember that such a position came about through the mandate of the people.

Speaking to NEWSng in Jos, Kwasau who is seeking for the vote of his people of Zonkwa state constituency in Kaduna said, he has been on ground as a politician for quite a time, having been elected as ward delegate in Tudun Wada / Kabon ward in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.
“I have been in politics since the IBB era; I was elected Secretary National Republican Convention (NRC) Caretaker Committee Kaduna North Local Government Area in 1992″ he said.
He x-rayed the Peoples’ Democratic Party ( PDP) screening process which he acknowledged that it could have been better than what took place.
“I joined the party in 2014, the screening process was fine. Though, the organizations could have been better” he said.
Barrister Sule also observed that in the coming general elections, PDP being the largest and well- structured political party in Nigeria has greater chances of taking over power come 2023.
“As for the chances of the PDP taking over from the All Progressive Congress (APC), I will say the chances are high, ” Sule said.
