Police arrest 52 suspects in FCT raids

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has arrested 52 suspects during coordinated raids on black spots and criminal hideouts across the territory.
The command, in a report on Sunday, said the operations were carried out by police operatives from Nyanya, Gwagwa, Jikwoyi, Utako, Apo, Karmo, Iddo and Kabusa Divisions.
The raids, conducted at about 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 12, targeted uncompleted buildings and other suspected criminal hideouts within the divisions’ areas of responsibility.
The command said all the suspects are currently in custody undergoing screening and interrogation, adding that those found culpable would be charged to court.
