Security forces recover fabricated AK-47 rifle, arrest suspect in Kaduna

Security operatives have arrested a 46-year-old man, identified as Yakubu Adamu, for allegedly being in possession of a fabricated AK-47 rifle in Izzam village, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The suspect was apprehended on Tuesday evening following credible intelligence received by operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Unit.
A search conducted on him led to the recovery of the locally fabricated rifle.
According to sources, the suspect has provided useful information to investigators, while efforts are ongoing to apprehend his accomplices.
