The Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) of the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, has flagged off the distribution of fabrics in commercial quantities to women in politics across the 36 states of the federation, including the FCT. This economic intervention is part of RHI’s social investment program aimed at empowering women to engage in trade and commerce for the benefit of their homes and the country.
Flagging off the distribution, the Vice Chairman and wife of the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Hajiya Nana Shettima, on behalf of the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, disclosed that the RHI is targeting women’s empowerment at all levels to improve the nation’s economy.
