YOBE: Bubaram commends Buhari, Mai Mala on Peace in Sallah Message

The Emir of Pataskum in Yobe state, Alhaji Umaru Bubaram Ibn Wurwa Bauya has commended President Muhammadu Buhari and Yobe state governor, Hon. Mai Mala Buni for bringing peace in Yobe and the country at large.

The royal father made the commendation in his Sallah Message to the people of his emirate at Potiskum and urged the people to pray for the peace for the nation.

He urged the people to be law-abiding of local government, state government and the federal government which would continue to bring peace and development in the country.

The monarch also commended farmers and cattle rearers for the cordial relationship existing among them and urged them to maintain such relationship for the peace and development of the country.

He thanked the district heads, ward heads, village heads and jauros for the cooperation that exists between them and also enjoyed our farmers and our hard workers as they are living peacefully.

The Emir urged the people to remain peaceful and law abiding as the 2023 electioneering is set, noting that peace and development of the nation is a necessary tool for the successful election in the country.

Alhaji Umaru Bubaram Ibn Wurwa Bauya called on the parents and guidance to send their wards to school for both Islamic and Western education, adding that any society without education there is no development there.

He also urged the people to pray for a good rewording cropping season this year and prosperity in Yobe state and Nigeria as a whole.

The Emir also commends the Nigerian Armed Forces, other security operatives in the country for their patriotism and gallantry in the fight against insurgency and other crimes as well as bringing peace in the country.
