Zulum swears in newly appointed head of service Dr. Mohammed Ghuluze

Borno State Governor, Prof Babagana Umara Zulum, has on Tuesday presided over the swearing in of the newly appointed head of service Dr. Mohammed Aminu Ghuluze at the council chambers of the Government House in Maiduguri.
Congratulating the new head of service, Gov Zulum commended him for his hard-work and selfless service to the state civil service.
Justice Mohammed Maina who represented the the state chief judge of Borno, Justice Kashim Zanna administered the oath of office and allegiance
