The Caleb Danladi Foundation has taken a significant step toward strengthening healthcare delivery in Kaduna State with a strategic visit to the Kaduna State Contributory Health Insurance Scheme (KADCHMA).

The visit, led by Capt. Caleb Danladi, focused on building a partnership aimed at reducing maternal mortality and expanding access to quality healthcare in rural communities.

During the meeting with the Director General of KADCHMA, Mr. Abubakar Hassan, and his leadership team including the Director of Finance, Malam Suleiman, both parties engaged in productive discussions on how to extend free medical services to underserved areas while addressing the alarming rates of maternal deaths in the state.

In line with its long-standing commitment to improving maternal health, the Caleb Danladi Foundation had in the past enrolled over 400 women into the KADCHMA scheme, giving them access to affordable healthcare and contributing significantly to the fight against maternal and infant mortality in the state.

Capt. Caleb Danladi expressed deep appreciation to the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, the Kaduna State Government, and the entire management and staff of KADCHMA for their vision and dedication to improving healthcare systems.

“At Caleb Danladi Foundation, we remain firmly committed to working closely with KADCHMA to deliver free and affordable medical care to rural communities. Together, we can make measurable progress in reducing maternal mortality and ensuring every mother and child in Kaduna has access to quality healthcare,” Capt. Danladi said.

As part of efforts to strengthen communication and public awareness around health and social development issues, Capt. Danladi also paid a courtesy visit to the Managing Director of Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC), Hon. Ben Kure. The meeting was warm and impactful, with Hon. Kure offering mentorship and words of wisdom on leadership, service, and vision.

Capt. Danladi congratulated Hon. Kure on his well-deserved appointment as MD of KSMC, noting that his wealth of experience and commitment to excellence will no doubt drive greater transformation in the media corporation. He further emphasized the importance of media collaboration in amplifying awareness campaigns on healthcare, education, and youth empowerment across the state.

In a related development, the Foundation also visited the Executive Secretary of the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Dr. Mubarak Mohammed, to explore areas of collaboration in strengthening access to quality education in Kaduna State. Capt. Danladi lauded SUBEB’s ongoing reforms and praised the Executive Secretary’s open-door leadership style that continues to foster strong partnerships.

With these strategic engagements, the Caleb Danladi Foundation is reinforcing its mission of advancing healthcare, education, and community development in Kaduna State through impactful partnerships, strengthened media ties, and sustainable interventions
